SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Customers have up to 12 hours to cancel any order.
Customers are allowed to return products as long as it abides by the Returns Policy in place.
We deliver our Products to all the cities within U.A.E. only. Shipping will be done by the MAKNOON team. Delivery of non-corporate orders will be done so within 2 – 3 working days from the date of order confirmation. A flat delivery fee of AED 15 applies to all orders within the U.A.E. Orders above AED 350 qualify for free shipping.

WEBSITE EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges accompanied by a receipt are accepted within 48 hours starting from the time when the order is delivered.
Product needs to be in good condition or else we cannot accept them.
