Flavor Profile

Our Lebanese olive oil can be described as light and smooth, with notes of fresh herbs, hints of bitterness, and a fruity, light peppery finish. 

Our beautiful light gold Palestinian Olive Oil is faintly bitter with a lingering peppery finish. It is also known for its fresh, grassy aroma. The olives used to make Palestinian olive oil are harvested later in the season, which gives the oil a smoother, buttery taste.

Our South Lebanon Olive Oil is from an award-winning farm with an acidity of 0.3%, with a bitter and pungent flavor. Our Koura Lebanon Olive Oil has an acidity of 0.17%, the lowest that region has seen in years, and has a more balanced flavor -- buttery with slight pungency. 

Pairing

Lebanon Olive Oil Pairings

  • Drizzle over roasted or grilled fish, such as salmon or sea bass.
  • Use it to dress a salad of mixed greens, feta cheese, and olives for a refreshing and tangy side dish.

Palestine Olive Oil Pairings:

Sourced directly from trusted farmers across Lebanon and produced ethically and sustainably, our oil is rich in Oleuropein, known for its heart-supporting, cholesterol-fighting properties.

Each tablespoon is naturally packed with vitamin E (13% DV), vitamin K (7% DV), and essential fatty acids—primarily monounsaturated fats (73%) that help reduce bad cholesterol and support long-term heart health. Its high antioxidant and polyphenol content provides powerful protection against cell damage and inflammation, while supporting immunity and cognitive function.
