Harvested from the salt flats of Anfeh in Lebanon, our sea salt is mixed with carefully selected herbs and spices to bring the flavors of the Levant to your table—naturally rich, aromatic, and full of character.

Pairing

Chill Salt:

  • Toss roasted or grilled vegetables like corn, zucchini, potato wedges, or peppers in a little of our Lebanese Olive Oil and our chili salt.
  • Use it to season simple grilled chicken breast or lamb cutlets before serving them.

 

Basil Tomato Salt:

  • Sprinkle it over roasted tomatoes fresh out of the oven. 
  • Marinate a fresh cheese like mozzarella in our Syrian Olive Oil and a sprinkling of our basil salt.
  • Add a pinch to fresh salads before serving them for depth of flavor and interest. 

 

Kama Salt:

  • Over grilled and roasted meats to elevate the savory flavors.
  • Use it to season sautéed greens and vegetables like kale, spinach, broccoli, and green beans. 
  • Enhance the savory dimension of your breakfast dishes. This salt is delicious with eggs.

 

Lemon Garlic Salt:

  • Sprinkle over grilled or roasted chicken, fish, or vegetables for a bright and tangy flavor.
  • Lovely with salads to balance, in partnership with our Palestinian Olive Oil. 
  • Pair with creamy dips or hummus for a fresh and zingy appetizer.

 

Mint Rosemary Salt:

  • Baked, mashed, or boiled potatoes.
  • Elevate your fried eggs and toast with a dusting of this salt.
  • As with all our salts, this one is perfect sprinkled over salads together with our Lebanese Olive Oil.

 

Sumac Salt:

  • Sprinkle over roasted or grilled lamb or beef for a tart and tangy taste.
  • Use as a finishing salt on roasted vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, or broccoli.
  • Pair with pita bread, hummus, labneh, fattoush, kofta, dips, or msakhan.

Flavor Profile

Chill Salt: Our chili salt is loaded with bold, heat-bringing ingredients like chili flakes, black pepper, cayenne, and ginger. This combination is designed to pack in some bright heat in just a pinch. This blend of warming ingredients will bring meat and vegetable dishes alive and spice up the simplest recipes. 

 

Basil Tomato Salt: A classic pairing; tomato and basil. This finishing salt is host to concentrated sundried tomato and fragrant basil flavors. This summery salt will brighten the simplest meal. The savory notes from the sundried tomato work alongside the aromatic, pungent basil. 

 

Kama Salt: This Kama salt is a beautiful blend of kama, mustard seeds, coriander, and parsley. Kama is a densely nutritious type of truffle. Unlike Italian truffles, kama has an earthy, concentrated mushroom flavor. This finishing salt brings umami goodness to all it touches. Perfect as a topper for risotto, vegetarian pastas, and chicken dishes. The mustard adds a rounded note that pairs perfectly with this kama. 

 

Lemon Garlic Salt: This natural sea salt is mixed with lemon, garlic, zaatar, and black pepper. The sea salt provides a base for the other flavors to shine, while the lemon and garlic add a bright and tangy taste. Zaatar, a spice blend synonymous with Levantine recipes, adds a unique earthy and savory note, while black pepper delivers a touch of heat.  This blend is perfect for flavoring roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or pasta dishes. 

 

Mint Rosemary Salt: This beautifully crafted salt features a blend of sea salt, mint, rosemary, zaatar, and orange. The mint and rosemary add a floral and herbal note, while the zaatar and orange balance this ingredient. Zaatar adds an earthy and nutty taste, while orange adds a hint of sweetness and acidity. This blend is perfect for seasoning lamb or poultry or adding flavor to roasted vegetables or grains.

 

Sumac Salt: This natural sea salt blend combines sumac, sea salt, zaatar, and black pepper to create bold and flavorful seasoning. The sumac has a lovely astringency that can be used as a flavor substitute for lemon or vinegar in a dish.  This pretty finishing salt adds a sour note that pairs well with meats, vegetables, and even salads.  Zaatar and black pepper add depth and complexity, making this blend a versatile addition to any kitchen.
